| By this Charter a Civil Code shall be formed. All existing and new laws providing for civil responsibility are subject to inclusion in the Civil Code. | ||
| 154.2 | Structure of the Civil Code | |
| The Civil Code shall be structured into chapters, which in turn are divided into articles and then one or more clauses within each article. | ||
