2. Human life

2.2 Standards of a human child
Article 73-Sexual or physical abuse of a human child
73.1 Sexual or physical abuse of a human child
The sexual abuse and/or tampering with a child is considered an act of moral depravity and a serious crime.
Similarly, any act of physical abuse directed at a child is also considered a serious offence against society and a crime.
73.2 Signs of sexual/physicaly abuse must be reported to the police
Any social worker, any medical officer and any person who comes in contact with a child showing injuries consistent with possible sexual and/or physical abuse are required under this Code to report such signs immediately to police and secondly to make record image of such injuries for potential future prosecution.
The failure of a social worker or any person in service or care to report such signs of abuse to the police and to fail to record such signs are themselves guilty of a serious social offence and crime, liable for loss of professional status and imprisonment.
No claim of privacy, privilege or any other professional claim of duty shall be an acceptable defense against such gross negligent behaviour as the only way that society can effectively enforce a reduction in abuse against children is a zero tolerance policy that shows abusers will get caught.
73.3 Mandatory removal of children under abuse from parents/guardians
Under this Code it shall be mandatory that any child who has been reported more than once of having signs of physical and/or sexual abuse shall be immediately removed from the care of the current parents/guardians whether or not criminal charges are being prepared or not.
This act shall be required to take place within 48 hours of the second reported and recorded evidence of abuse. Failure to act within this time frame shall be considered a serious civil offence.
Furthermore, failure to act on the mandatory removal of all children from their parents/guardians upon the second clear incident of serious sexual/physical abuse within six (6) days shall be considered a serious criminal offence in which the social workers involved shall be liable to loss of all professional standing as well as possible imprisonment.
