  Article 65-Offences relating to unsanitary housing/conditions of animals  
65.1 The unsanitary conditions of animals  
  Offences relating to the unsanitary housing/conditions of animals is when the conditions in which animals are placed temporarily or permanently fail to meet the minimum standards of sanitation and care for the health and well being of that particular breed of animal.  
 
 Primary Fact(s)
 1. That one or more animals have been found in an unsanitary and unsatisfactory state of conditions/health.
 2. That the accused had previously been warned and notified regarding the sanitary conditions of animals under their care/ownership.
 3. That the actions of the accused contributed to the existence of such conditions.
