The Judicial Code of Americas Union |
|

The Judicial Code of the Americas Union for all courts consists of this present Code. All existing and new laws providing for judicial responsibility concerning Civil and Criminal Law are subject to inclusion in the present Code.
|

These rules govern the procedure in Americas Union of all courts in all suits of a civil or criminal nature.They shall be construed and administered to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action.
|
|
| |
The present Code is based on the Constitution of Americas Union and the generally recognized principles and norms of international law.

Structure of the Judicial Code

The Judicial Code is structured into chapters, which in turn are divided into articles and then one or more clauses within each article.

While an article may belong to a particular chapter, the numbering of all articles is consecutive so that the entire body of articles of the Judicial Code may be read as one, with or without the chapter headings. |
