| 4.1 | The Civil Code and Judicial Code | |
| The Civil Code of the Americas Union shall be responsible for administering the civil standards, conditions of and operations of the all civil law, whereas the Judicial Code shall be responsible for the conditions, procedures and rules of judicial procedure in relation to such Civil matters. | ||
| The Judicial Code depends in part upon the Civil Code in the fair operation of general civil standards and good conduct as a way of reducing the incidence and risk of anti-social, criminal and adversarial behaviour. | ||
| Similarly, the Civil Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Judicial Code in establishing the procedure for cases of civil law brought before the Courts. | ||
