1. Introductory provisions
 
  Article 13-Interpretation of the Judicial Code  
12.1 Interpretation of the Judicial Code  
  The application of a judicial law and/or procedure by analogy shall not be allowed.  
  Furthermore, the interpretation of the Judicial Code to previous cour and/or judicial procedures prior to the enactment of the Judicial Code in so far as they share similar characteristics shall not be permitted .  
  The Code shall not be affected, nor shall its enforceability be diminished by any legislative act or legal opinion of the Supreme Court of the Americas Union where comparison is used with other international law in argument to seek to have one or more clauses or articles of the Code deemed inoperable.
