  2.4 General Principles of the Court  
  Article 32-Venue  
32.1 Venue  
  The court venue for criminal matters is determined by the limits of their actual jurisdiction by law.  
32.2 Offenses outside the society/territory heard in the society/territory  
  Offenses committed wholly or in part outside a society, under circumstances that give the society jurisdiction to prosecute the offender, may be prosecuted in any territory in which the offender is found or in any county in which an element of the offense occurs.  
32.3 Offenses on the border of a society/territory heard in the society/territory  
  An offense committed on the boundaries of two or more societies/territories, whether this be land or water, or within four hundred metres thereof, may be prosecuted and punished in any one of such societies/territories and any offense committed on the premises of any airport operated jointly by two governments and situated in two societies/territories may be prosecuted and punished in either region.  
32.4 Completion of circumstances of offence carried over from one society/territory to another society/territory  
  If an offence originates in one society/territory and carries over to one or more other society/territories by virtue of movement of either the accused, one or more victims and/or one or more items of stolen property across the society/territory boundary then the offender may be prosecuted in the society/territory from which the offence originated or the society/territory in which the circumstances of the offence completed.  
32.5 Offences committed on board transport vehicles  
  An offense committed on board a transport vehicle, which is at the time upon any navigable surface, or within the airspace within the boundaries of a society/territory, shall be prosecuted in any of the societies/territories through which the transport vessel is navigated in the course of her voyage, or in the society/territory where the voyage commences or terminates.  
32.6 Present location of family and sexual offence(s) victims  
  Family-related or sexual offence suits (excluding homicide) may be prosecuted in the society/territory where the victim(s) currently reside, even if the society/territory may be different to the original society/territory of the offence and/or the residence of the accused.  
32.7 Location of family and sexual offence(s) victims  
  If an offense has been committed within a society/territory and it cannot readily be determined within which specific location the commission took place, trial may be held in the society/territory in which the defendant/respondent resides, in the society/territory in which they were apprehended, or in the society/territory to which they were extradited.
