95.1 The conditions of appeal  
  While every person convicted of a crime of a lesser court than the Supreme Court of the Nation has the right to lodge an appeal, only a valid Appeal application shall be permitted to be heard.  
  A valid appeal application is one that is able to specifically define the existence of a fundamental error having occured during the proceedings of the particular court on one of the following grounds:  
  (i) Omission of Fact as defined by the Criminal Code;  
  (ii) Error of admissability of evidence;  
  (iii) Deliberate omission of evidence;
