of appeal
| 99.1 |
Exhaustion of appeal |
| |
Upon a judgment by the Court of Appeal, a convicted person may have no other avenue of appeal, excluding a constitutional appeal, on the grounds that the proceedings denied the natural justice or procedures of the constitution and codes. |
| |
Such appeals shall be limited in argument and purely based on the proper interpretation of constitutional law. Such appeals shall not be available unless the basis of the complain introduces a new element no previously presented in matters before the Supreme Court of Americas Union. |
