99.1 Exhaustion of appeal  
  Upon a judgment by the Court of Appeal, a convicted person may have no other avenue of appeal, excluding a constitutional appeal, on the grounds that the proceedings denied the natural justice or procedures of the constitution and codes.  
  Such appeals shall be limited in argument and purely based on the proper interpretation of constitutional law.
