| |
An Offence against military law enforcement officials is when a person deliberately and knowingly interferes with the proper performance of duties of a military law enforcement official including (and not restricted to): spitting at, offensive language, mocking gestures, attempted violence, actual violence, blockade and other forms of physical intimidation. |

| 1. That one or more military law enforcement officers were in same proximity to the accused; |
| 2. That the military law enforcement officers did make it known to the accuse they were military law enforcement officers, either in their official uniforms and/or in the display of proper identification; |
| 3. That the accused person did knowingly and deliberately behave in an indecent way towards the military law enforcement officers; |
