8. General principles of Prisoner Classification |

| 42.1 | Classification of T3 Prisoners | |
| T3 prisoners shall be classified in terms of eligibility for certain correctional facilities within thirty (30) days of being processed after sentencing according to the articles of this Code. | ||
| T3 Prisoners not guilty of a violent, sexual related or gang related crime shall be eligible for re-classification only three times: | ||
| (i) once upon completion of twenty-four (24) months of their sentence. | ||
| (ii) upon the completion of half of their total sentence. | ||
| (iii) upon completion of three quarters of their total sentence. | ||
