Establishment of the Union |
|

Reflecting the will of the citizens and States of Americas to build a common future, this Constitution establishes the Americas Union, on which the Member States confer competences to attain objectives they have in common. The Union shall coordinate the policies by which the Member States aim to achieve these objectives, and shall exercise on a Community basis the competences they confer on it. |

The Union shall be open to all Americas States which respect its values and are committed to promoting them together. |

Establishment of structure |

This constitution provides a written system of statements, definitions and knowledge by which other more detailed systems might be related.
|
|
| |
This constitution provide a roadmap in the balance of the needs and wants of members as well as the scarcity of resources.
|
|
| |
This constitution provides an instruction as to its proper birth and operation. |
|
| |
