| 4.1 | Structure of Constitution | |
| The Constitution is structured into building blocks of clauses, which in turn form Articles which then form sections. |
||
| The Constitution is made up of 157 Articles, which are then assembled into 15 sections. |
||
| These sections are: | ||
| 1. Purpose 2. Universal Principles 3. International Principles 4. Members 5. Power 6. International Objects 7. Union Objects 8. National Objects 9. State Objects 10. Local Objects 11. Systems 12. Elections 13. Finance and Accounting Standards 14. Trade and Industry Standards 15. Procedures |

| Subject to any future valid amendments, this shall remain the core structure of the Constitution. | ||
| 4.2 | In effect of stylized format on meaning of Constitution |

| The stylized features used in this Constitution are for cosmetic improvement of understanding only. These features shall have no impact on the clauses or articles of the Constitution. |
||
| When considering the legal application of the Constitution, it may be read as one single set of Articles without consideration to section headings, stylized font or page layout. | ||
