2. Universal Principles
 
  Article 08- Human Belief  
8.1 Human Belief  
  Everything we see and hold physically real from the television, the internet to the clothes were wear were at some time, ideas in a persons mind.
 
  Our nature of the world around us is built largely upon beliefs and ideas (models) on how things fit and how they relate. That even though many of the beliefs we hold true are adopted from others (created by others), we may consider them as our own.
 
8.2 Freedom of belief  
  Consistent and subject to the rights, responsibilities and privileges stated in this constitution, it is a founding principle of this Constitution that all citizens shall have the right to subscribe to whatever belief system they choose.
 
8.3 Freedom of expression of belief  
  Excepting belief systems containing material based on self-hate that are therefore subject to identification, labelling and regulation, it shall be a right for individuals and groups to freely express to others their belief systems.
 
8.4 Secular belief of the nation  
  It is a founding principle of this Constitution that the instruments, objects and function of the Union shall always be secular and free from subscription to any religious belief system.
