| Article 31- Conditions of membership | ||
| 31.1 | Conditions of membership | |
| It shall be a condition of full membership of the Union that a member state adheres and obeys the articles outlined in this Constitution. | ||
| 31.2 | Breach of article(s) | |
| Should a case be identified where a member state has knowingly or unknowingly breached one or more of the article(s) of this Constitution, then written notification of such a breach must be lodged with the General-Secretary and a vote on action taken by the Supreme Council and General Assembly. | ||
