| This constitution represents a solemn covenant between peoples of different tribes, of different history but common humanity first. It is a covenant based on the shared experienced of war, of terror, of suffering of oppression and of collective hope. | ||
| This constitution is a covenant strengthened by the willingness of good men and women from different cultures but one common purpose, to unite Americas and to see and end to poverty and bloodshed. | ||
