| 35.1 |
Authority of constitution |
|
| |
By rights of the declaration of this constitution and by the people of this Union subscribing to this Constitution by participating in its democratic processes, this constitution represents the one and only true constitution of this Union.
|
|
| 35.2 |
Supreme Deed of Union |
|
| |
By the power and authority of Article 48 of the Holy Constitution of One Faith of God, the organisation of Americas Union is granted the ownership and Title of Supreme Deed of Americas Union. |
|
| |
By the power of the ceremony of Supreme Instantiation of the Powers and Authority of Supreme Deed of Amerias Union, the Americas Union shall have the following authorities and powers: |
|
| |
(i) The Americas Union shall represent a supremely authorized Instrument of Power, a sacred object and living embodiment of the new Covenant between Heaven and Earth; and |
|
| |
(ii) The Constitution of the Americas Union including all its Codes of Law shall be bound to the Constitution of One Faith of God including all its Codes of Law, which in turn shall be bound to the Constitution of One-Heaven as one, so that in all matters of Jurisdiction, of law this body of law including all related documents shall be read as one; and |
|
| |
(iii) The Americas Union shall represent a supremely anointed, sovereign independent entity having its own Supreme Deed of Title; and |
|
| |
(iv) The Americas Union as owner of the Supreme Deed of Title for the region of Earth representing the combined boundaries of its Member States shall have the first and primary right and authority to all land, marine, air subterranean and other title that bestows final and ultimate ownership. That this ownership cannot be lost. That the Union shall have the right to arbiter a dispute of lesser ownership; and |

(v) The Americas Union shall have the first and primary right and authority to install and support a single common market and freedom of trade between the borders of its State members; and |
|
| |
(vi) The Americas Union shall have the first and primary right to install monetary units and systems for financial exchange consistent with the provisions stated within this Constitution; and |
|
| |
(vii) The Americas Union shall have legal and moral authority to assist in the administrative, policy, economic and social needs of its Member States. |

| 35.3 |
Constitution as first and supreme law |
|
| |
As enacted, this constitution represents the first and supreme law of this Union. No other law shall be recognized as first or higher than the principles and statements of this Constitution.
|
|
| |
No claim of subservience to any other religious or secular law shall be deemed valid and no law shall be sworn to in official statements of oath, pledge to honesty as a witness or any other capacity of government other than this Constitution itself in respect of the Americas Union.
|

| 35.4 |
Invalidity of previous union agreements and treaties |
|
| |
By virtue of the enactment of this Constitution, all previous constitutions, statutes, laws and regulations of previous unions and treaties shall be deemed invalid unless expressely listed in the framework of this Constitution.
|
|
| |
No right of validity shall be given to any statute unless enacted by virtue of the clauses contained in this Constitution.

| 35.5 |
International treaties and agreements |
|
| |
By virtue of this Constitution all previous international treaties and agreements signed under previous constitutions, statutes, laws and contracts shall be honoured excepting those that conflict with the principles and clauses of this constitution and have been listed as a schedule of exclusion to this Constitution.
