International Association(s) |
|
| |
An international association is a body recognized as having certain rights and influence by virtue of international treaties or agreements with the nation. |

Professional union |
|
| |
A professional union is a non-profit association formed for the protection of the benefits, entitlements and well being of its members, as defined by their common professional standings.
|
|
| |
A professional union represents its members during wage disputes with industry groups and has the role of protecting the real wages of individuals working in various professions.
|
|
| |
Only one professional union may be registered as having jurisdiction over each job position.
|
|
| |
All valid professional unions shall be required to be registered. An unregistered professional union or deregistered professional union shall be considered an illegal association.

Industry Association |

| |
An industry association is a body representing individual corporations by industry type or group. |
|
| |
All valid industry associations shall be required to be registered. An unregistered industry association or deregistered industry association shall be considered an illegal association. |

Religious association |
|
| |
A religious association is any organised body of people professing a common belief system who wish to worship in congregation.
|
|
| |
The constitution is founded on the principle of tolerance and respect to all kinds of belief systems and worship providing they do not infringe on the rights and privileges of other citizens.
|
|
| |
To perform religious services and practices, a religious association must be registered. |
|
| |
To practice religious services and congregation without a proper registration authority is a crime. |
|
| |
As part of the proper registration and accreditation of a religious association must include with its application a complete copy of its constitution, register of assets and liabilities, trustee and powers of authority over funds of the religious association.

| |
Where as part of the registration application is deemed a proposed religious association is for the sole and personal financial benefit of the founders with due benefit and return to its followers, this constitution gives the appropriate statutory authorities the right to decline and/or deregister a religious association.

Political association |
|
| |
A political association is any organised body of people professing a common belief system who wish to participate in the democratic process either in the influence of debate and/or the selection of candidates. The constitution is founded on the principle that all citizens have the right of association and to participate in the political process.

| |
To issue advertisements or statements into the public arena in an effort to influence public debate, or to represent alternative policies and candidates for election, a political association must be registered. To practice political activities without a proper registration authority is a crime. |

As part of the proper registration and accreditation of a political association must include with its application a complete copy of its constitution, register of assets and liabilities, trustee and powers of authority over funds of the political association. In addition, the political association must be able to demonstrate having at least 10,000 paid-up members for national registration, 1,000 paid-up members for state registration and 100 members for local registration |

Illegal association |

An illegal association is a formal or informal group of individuals or corporations having formed a relationship for the direct or indirect purpose of committing crime.
|
|
| |
A national register shall be maintained of formal and informal associations deemed illegal. The purpose of the register is to provide a single view of all illegal associations that did (in the past) or might (in the future) seek to operation within the borders of the nation. |

| |
A person found to be a member of an illegal association is themselves guilty of a crime. |
|
| |
A congregation of two or more members of an illegal association shall be a crime.
|

Foreign Government |

| |
A foreign government is any sovereign government recognized by international bodies and the Parliament as having its own constitutional rights.
|
|
| |
A foreign embassy is recognized as a formal and permanent representation of officials from a foreign government on national soil seeking diplomatic rights and recognition.
|
|
| |
A foreign embassy shall be respected as having special rights whereby the actual embassy property and facilities shall be recognized as having the same rights as any foreign territory and therefore not under normal national law.
|
|
| |
Diplomatic rights in regards to the immunity of prosecution, the rights to diplomatic privacy shall be accorded all official diplomats functioning from foreign embassies in so far as their behaviour does not represent a national threat or harm the life of the citizens of this nation.
|
|
| |
In either case, diplomatic rights shall be considered secondary to national and state laws beyond the sanctuary of a foreign embassy.
|
|
