69.1

National Judiciary

 
  By this constitution, the national judiciary of a member state is recognized as the highest court of the member state.  
69.2 Recognition of the Superiority of the Union Supreme Court of Justice
  In the conduct of law and the hearing of cases, it is expected by this constitution that all matters of the superior Supreme Courts of a member state shall recognize and honor the superiority of the Union Supreme Court.  
69.3 Fair law, trial, methods of evidence and independence of judiciary  
  In the conduct of all matters concerning the National Courts of a member state, it is expected by this constitution that the courts and justices shall honour the definitions of fair law, methods of evidence, crime and the independence and impartiality of justices as defined by this Constitution.  
  That such national courts shall be free of political influence, free of corrupt and incompetent conduct and shall protect and uphold the rights of the citizens of the nation according to the rights as listed in this Constitution.
