  Article 77-State Judiciary  
77.1 State Judiciary  
  By this constitution, the state judiciary of a member state is recognized as the highest court of a state region of a nation which is a member state of the Union.  
77.2 Fair law, trial, methods of evidence and independence of judiciary  
  In the conduct of all matters concerning the State Courts of a member state, it is expected by this constitution that the courts and justices shall honour the definitions of fair law, methods of evidence, crime and the independence and impartiality of justices as defined by this Constitution.  
  That such state courts shall be free of political influence, free of corrupt and incompetent conduct and shall protect and uphold the rights of the citizens of the nation according to the rights as listed in this Constitution.
