The cultural and entertainment choices of a modern and balanced society are diverse. The arts encourage intellectual and artistic development. Citizens, attend, view and/or participate in entertainment activities and culture represents the historical traditions of society and other societies around the world.

It shall remain a primary object of the nation to ensure a respect and tolerance towards different cultures, an appreciation of art and creativity and an openess to new ideas and choices of entertainment that do not contravene the rights, values and ethics outlined in this constitution.

Activities that involve torture, extreme voilence, humiliation, sexual sadism and degradation are not and should never be considered acceptable forms of entertainment or culture. |

Supreme Director of Culture & Entertainment Systems |
|
| |
The Supreme Director of Culture & Entertainment Systems shall be vested with the sole authority of the categorization, protection, development and standards of culture and entertainment systems and the operation of the Cuture & Entertainment Agency of the Americas Union.

The Supreme Director of Culture & Entertainment Systems shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of the Secretary-General upon approval of General Assembly for whatever term the Secretary-General deems is appropriate.

The role of Supreme Director of Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Union shall hold the dual position as a member of the General Assembly with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as General Assembly or is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Supreme Director of Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Americas Union.

| |
The Supreme Director of Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Americas Union shall also be a member of the Supreme Board charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of the Americas Union. |
|
| |
As Supreme Director of Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Union, it is tasked to this person the burden of protecting and ensuring the best possible standards of culture and entertainment for all citizens of the Americas Union. It is also the primary responsibility of the Supreme Director of Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Union to manage the media and broadcast standards, museums, libraries, cultural assistance budgets and all teaching related materials. |

Supreme Culture & Entertainment Secretariat |

The Supreme Culture & Entertainment Secretariat of the Americas Union shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Supreme Director of Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Americas Union and their reports to the Supreme Board and the General Assembly.

Supreme Board of Culture & Entertainment |

To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the Supreme Board of Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Americas Union shall be established.
|
|
| |
The Chairman of this Board shall be the Supreme Director of Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Americas Union and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Americas Union in the various sovereign nations for which the Union is established.
|
|
| |
As Chairman of this Supreme Board of Culture & Entertainment Systems, the Supreme Director of Supreme Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Americas Union shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the Supreme Board of Culture & Entertainment Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year.

Vested by this constitution, the Supreme Board of Education Systems of the Americas Union shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income. |

Supreme Culture & Entertainment Agency of the Americas Union |

By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of culture and entertainment services for the Union. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Culture & Entertainment Agency of the Americas Union.
|
|
| |
By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Culture & Entertainment Agency of the Americas Union shall be vested in the sole authority of theSupreme Director of Supreme Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Americas Union upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Culture & Entertainment Systems of the Americas Union.
