  Article 87-Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems  
87.1 Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems  
  The sanitation system is the national sum of water storage, water purification, water pumps, waste disposal, waste filtration, research, infrastructure and skills of the the Union. Disease prevention is all the early detection systems, disease erradication systems and inoculation systems of the Union.
 
  It shall remain a primary objective of the union to ensure all homes and industries have running purified water and that all agriculture operations have access to sufficient quantities of clean water. Furthermore, it shall remain a primary objective of the Union to see that all major airborne and blood diseases are minimized.
 
  It shall also be a prime objective of the Union to ensure all properties have access to waste disposal services for the proper management, storage, disposal and recycling of waste.
 
  The management and control of the sanitation system and disease prevention systems shall be vested in a statutory authority called the Supreme Disease Prevention & Santitation Agency.
 
87.2 Supreme Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems  
  The Supreme Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the national knowledge system and the operation of the National Knowledge Agency.
 
  The Supreme Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of the Secretary-General upon approval of General Assembly for whatever term the Secretary-General deems is appropriate.
 
  The role of Supreme Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Union shall hold the dual position as a member of the General Assembly with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as General Assemblyor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Director of Supreme Education Systems of the Americas Union.
 
  The Supreme Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Americas Union shall also be a member of the Supreme Board charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of the Americas Union.  
  As Supreme Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Union, it is tasked to this person the burden of protecting and ensuring the best possible standards of disease prvention and sanitation for all the citizens of the Americas Union. It is also the primary responsibility of the Director of the Supreme Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Union to manage the sanitation and disease prevention codes and standards which outlines all approved methods, designs, technology and system to assist in the erradication and prevention of disease and the maintenance of high quality sanitation standards.  
87.3 Supreme Disease Prevention & Sanitation Secretariat  
  The Supreme Disease Prevention & Sanitation Secretariat of the Americas Union shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Supreme Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Americas Union and their reports to the Supreme Board and the General Assembly.
 
87.4 Supreme Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems  
  To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the Supreme Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Americas Union shall be established.
 
  The Chairman of this Board shall be the Supreme Director of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Americas Union and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Americas Union in the various sovereign nations for which the Union is established.
 
  As Chairman of this Supreme Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems, the Supreme Director of Supreme Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Americas Union shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the Supreme Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year.
 
  Vested by this constitution, the Supreme Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Americas Union shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income.  
87.5 Supreme Disease Prevention & Sanitation Agency of the Americas Union  
  By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of disease prevention and sanitation services for the Union. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Disease Prevention & Sanitation Agency of the Americas Union.
 
  By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Disease Prevention & Sanitation Agency of the Americas Union shall be vested in the sole authority of theSupreme Director of Supreme Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Americas Union upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Disease Prevention & Sanitation Systems of the Americas Union.
