  Article 91- Finance Systems  
91.1 Finance Systems  
  It is a duty of every office holder and every employee of agencies nominated under this constitution to ensure the intelligent and honest financial management of the affairs of the Americas Union. That in any association of human wealth and human assets in the name of One the Union that the greatest virtue and honor of character is shown.
 
  All money entrusted to the One the Union, whether by supreme, national, regional or local administration contributions shall be for the benefit of whole the Union and not just a few. At all times officer holders are expected to show the utmost respect for finances and show restraint wherever possible on expenditure that may be considered frivolous or for the personal use only.  
91.2 Director of Supreme Financial Management Systems  
  The Supreme Director of Finance Systems shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the knowledge system of the Americas Union and the operation of the Supreme Financial Management Agency of the Americas Union.
  
  The Supreme Director of Finance Systems shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The Secretary-General upon approval of the General Assembly for whatever term The Secretary-General deems is appropriate.
  
  The role of Supreme Director of Finance Systems of the Union shall hold the dual position as a member of the General Assembly with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as General Assembly or is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Supreme Director of Finance Systems of the Americas Union.
  
  The Supreme Director of Finance Systems of the Americas Union shall also be a member of the Supreme Board charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of the Americas Union.  
  As Supreme Director of Finance Systems of the Union, it is tasked to this person the burden of ensuring the best possible standards of finance standards and management for all the citizens of the Americas Union. It is also the primary responsibility of the Supreme Director of Finance Systems of the Union to manage the Finance and Accounting Standards as defined in this Constitution and approved annexures.  
91.3 Supreme Financial Management Secretariat of the Americas Union  
  The Supreme Financial Management Secretariat of the Americas Union shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Supreme Director of Finance Systems of the Americas Union and their reports to the Supreme Board and the General Assembly.
  
91.4 Supreme Board of Financial Management Systems of the Americas Union  
  To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the Supreme Board of Finance Systems of the Americas Union shall be established.
 
  The Chairman of this Board shall be the Supreme Director of Finance Systems of the Americas Union and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Finance Systems of the Americas Union in the various sovereign nations for which the Union is established.
 
  As Chairman of this Supreme Board of Finance Systems, the Supreme Director of Supreme Finance Systems of the Americas Union shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the Supreme Board of Finance Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year.
 
  Vested by this constitution, the Supreme Board of Finance Systems of the Americas Union shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income.
 
91.5 Supreme Finance Agency of the Americas Union  
  By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of finance services for the Union. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Finance Agency of the Americas Union.
 
  By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Finance Agency of the Americas Union shall be vested in the sole authority of theSupreme Director of Supreme Finance Systems of the Americas Union upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Finance Systems of the Americas Union.
