It is a policy of Americas-Union that all personal information gathered from individuals shall remain in trust and shall not be divulged to any third party without the express permission and consent of the individual.The expected and limited examples of where this may occur is when a customer requests a service such as a seminar or product that is provided by a third party and supported by Americas-Union. In each of these instances, the purpose and disclosure nature of the information shall be clearly identified prior to requesting any information from the user.
