The Americas Union Society, also known as the Americas Union, also known as the Americas Union Free Society over the Land and Sea is the second largest operational division of government of the Globe Union.

The Americas Union Society is a Society Member of the Globe Union and is an ecclesiastically, legally and lawfully constituted subdivision of the Globe Union fully enclosing the boundaries of Land and Sea defined by the University Societies of Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas,The, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Martinique, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Helena, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Pierre, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela and Virgin Islands.

Foundation Structures and Properties of the Americas Union (link)

The foundation structures and properties of the Americas Union represent those organs and bodies defined by the present Charter for the effective management and operations of government by the will and intent of all Members in accordance with the laws of One Heaven and Ucadia.

These organs and bodies include, but are not limited to:

(i) A representative and legislative body of Members called the Americas Union Synod, also known as the “Synedrion”, also known simply as the “Synod” being elected by the highest legislative bodies within each of the Universities belonging as Society Members to the Americas Union; and

(ii) A governing body of Members called the Americas Union House, also known as the “House” elected by vote of the Synedrion; and

(iii) A judicial body called the Americas Union Supreme Court, appointed by majority vote of the Synedrion on recommendations of the House; and

(iv) A fiduciary and administrative body called the “Basilica” responsible for the management of all official instruments, rolls, registers, deeds, charters, grants associated with land, property, rights and uses; and

(v) A treasury, temple, vault and pository of wealth called the “Treasury” responsible for the safe catalogue, storage and issue of valid receipts for use and redemption.

(vi) A company of guards, militia and security known as the “Guard” responsible for the protection and well being of the body and organs of the Union.
